euroline offers mobile or stationary, expandable modular maintenance docks for air transport applications for aeroplanes, helicopters, or aerospace technology, sized to fit any hanger.
Our dock systems allow us to offer enormous cost savings and multi-functional capabilities in all aviation maintenance areas. No matter if you need to work on the fuselage, chassis, nose, engine, wings, or tail area, euroline offers custom-tailored special solutions. Upon request, we can add any equipment you need to our access technology, such as electrical installations, compressed air installations, lighting, or signals. more
Cassette platforms help adapt to contours, offering optimal safety for all ground support equipment (GSE). These include technical features such as control down to the millimetre with “zero gaps”. We can also provide these options, as well as platforms and podiums with customised contours and bumper protection.

Structural stability requirements
Fuelling platforms / fuelling ladders
All fuelling ladders are equipped with large platforms, expansions for structural stability, electrically conductive ladder shoes, non-slip and open covers (air step / grid) and suitable for all-year use. Drawbars with integrated brakes, grounding cables, and various OEM accessories upon request are used for fuelling platforms (to be moved with tanker vehicles). All mobile platforms offer a convenient and secure access.
Maintenance nose dock
These platforms can be used for all work in the nose area. Customised contour adjustment makes it possible to move the service platforms up to the vehicle hull precisely, down to the millimetre. This means, for example, that no tools will fall through the gap. Furthermore, this also protects the vehicle hull. Mechanical or hydraulic height adjustment in a stable aluminium or steel-aluminium design allows the nose dock to be adjusted to different working heights.
Maintenance engine docks
Universal maintenance docks for maintenance work on engines in a modular construction can be universally used in any hanger. Service platforms are always constructed with an eye towards the best possible occupational safety - optionally available with high-quality aluminium floor covering, strong slip-resistance or knee-friendly flexographic plate.
Service platforms for the Main Landing Gear (MLG)
There is little space between the main landing gear, fuselage, and wings, and a variety of landing gear doors requires sophisticated designs. We can handle even complex access requirements - for any aeroplane type.
Tail Dock Maintenance platforms
euroline tail working platforms with height adjustment, mechanical or using hydraulic / manual hand pumps, are designed for safe, ergonomic working on the tail unit and accessing the aeroplane tail.
Helicopter Docks
A universal, tailor-made solution with height adjustment makes a major contribution to ergonomic work when maintaining helicopters. The servicing podium adapts to the individual contours of the helicopter. Wear-resistant buffer protection guards the aircraft during all work on the rotor, landing gear, or rear rotor.

Task
Production of a work platform for maintenance work on the external engines of a Boeing 747
Coupled working platforms for efficient aeroplane maintenance, rolling and highly flexible.
For safe, accurate and cost-effective aircraft operations.
The entire structure has to be designed for universal use, and to have rollers for mobility. The customer requested a two-section work area, allowing workers to easily reach various clearance heights to work on the engine depending on its fuel level and on whether the aircraft is loaded without having to deal with annoying platform handrails. The platform sections needed to extend quickly towards the engine and be simple to link for a sturdy connection.

Standards and Regulations
DIN EN 1915
- Part 1 Basic safety requirements
- Part 2 Standard safety and structural stability requirements
DIN EN 12312
- Part 8 Service stairs and platforms
BGV C 10
Customised equipment
Equal size railing elements, all interchangeable with one another
Attachable safety doors on stairwells, self-securing
work platforms which can be expanded on any long or short side, allowing them to be used for other work, for example on the fuselage of the plane
Attachment bars and stairs always remain attached to the platform (Storage bracket)
Non-slip podium cover made of flexographic plate for the most comfortable work possible, including on your knees
Technical data
2x rectangular podiums which can be connected to each other along the longitudinal and transverse sides
Podium length: 8,000 mm
podium width: 3,200 mm
podium height: 1,500 mm
Individual dimensions and areas of up to 50m² possible without any additional expense
Cost-effective, flexible and safe
Splitting into two separate platforms provides many advantages, working platforms can be flexibly connected, either along the longitudinal or along the transverse sides. This also allows the platforms to be used elsewhere, for example on the side of the fuselage, on the nose of the plane, or on the plane's engine
The modular construction allows you to expand the platforms at any time, meaning the work station is universal and mobile. Always be certain of enjoying the best possible occupational safety
Comfortable to use even in narrow areas, since the separable platforms are not too bulky
realized aluminium constructions
Suitable universally for all helicopters, height adjustment via rack, vario staircase, pillars that can be spindled from the outside
Mobile working platforms for safe and ergonomic maintenance of the Satcom system
