Mobile scaffold - folding scaffold - folding scaffold - facade scaffold - rolling scaffold - room scaffold
Our folding and mobile scaffolds are made of corrosion-resistant aluminium, manufactured in high quality in accordance with standard DIN EN 1004, were developed for professional use. Safety, a variety of options, user-friendly operations, and economic efficiency help euroline folding and mobile scaffolds stand out. The DELEIFA seal of quality also indicates long-term safety, a long service life, and good manufacturing to the consumer.
A euroline folding or mobile scaffold is delivered as a modular system, and has support tubes with a wall thickness of 2.7 mm that offer a 200 kg/m² load capacity (scaffolding class 3) and the safety you need to handle a wide variety of tasks. It is also possible to construct them without tools.
At the same time, euroline folding and mobile scaffolds can be extended at any time, are easy to climb, compatible with Layher products, and take up very little space during transportation.
All platforms have non-slip working surfaces and offer high flexibility.
Platforms can be attached at any rung height, even if diagonals are hooked into the same rungs.
- Rollers / spindles:
Our rollers have a specialised coating for sensitive flooring, and can be easily locked by foot. With adjustable rollers, you can easily compensate for height differences of up to 30 cm.
Compensating spindles are outstanding for use on uneven surfaces.
- Scaffolding claws:
Quick and simple: The claw connections automatically snap into place when they make contact with their counter-pieces and light pressure is applied, even when open.
- Large working surfaces / toe boards:
Additional accessories in conjunction with two euroline folding scaffolds can create very large working surfaces.
Easy to install toe boards make construction even simpler. In addition, our toe guards are highly dimensionally stable.
- Chassis beams / cantilever arms:
euroline mobile scaffolds are available with cantilever arms or fixed chassis beams (width: 1845 mm) or with sliding chassis beams (width: 1880 mm). The scaffolding can be easily be collapsed using the chassis beams up to the rollers without having to be disassembled. This allows you to work in the middle or on walls without losing time.
- Cantilever arm / ballast:
euroline mobile scaffolds can be moved close against walls by swivelling out two cantilever arms.
These cantilever arms can be individually adjusted to any position and any height along the scaffold frame.
The cantilever extensions are telescoping. This guarantees you always have a secure position.
Ballast weights on the chassis beams or directly on the scaffold frame offer additional safety.
- Safety structure:
The optional safety structure also makes it easy to assemble or disassemble the individual platforms.
The leading railing offers additional security on every level during assembly and disassembly.
This additional frame significantly reduces the risk of falling.
