New flanging machine - modernisation for the future

A few weeks ago, euroline received the long-awaited new automatic flanging machine for the production of aluminium ladders at the Bad Pyrmont plant.

The new flanging machine replaces our old machine and is a further step towards modernisation and workplace optimisation in the production of our aluminium ladders.

This machine was developed for the production of euroline's stepladders, with which capacity can be significantly increased. The new machine can be used flexibly:

• For conical and parallel ladders
• For rungs and steps
• For different step / rung distances

The changeover between the different ladder types is largely automated.
