Stationary, horizontally movable working platform

For the production of concrete pipes with different diameters and heights, the euroline team was given the task of developing a stationary horizontally movable working platform.

The customer’s production line consists of two work platforms. The first work platform has two different working levels and a contour on the front work platform with a given radius. The second platform has just one working level, also with contour on the front platform and a given radius.

Our working platforms are set up by 90 degrees offset in the production. The platforms are manually movable horizontally. There are 3 workstations which enable a more efficient and safe way of working, these requirements were very important to the customer in advance.

We were able to present a solution that was tailor-made for the customer’s intended purpose, and that has proven itself very well in practice.
