euroline working platform for production of forklifts

Safe and quick in working position - with our heigth adjustable working platform

euroline is known for its high-quality ladders and stairs with innovative details. In our plants in Germany we are not only producing standard stairs, working platforms and maintenance platforms, that can be adapted e.g. in height, step width and step coating, but also individual working platforms for our customers.

For one of our customers we developed a special stationary working platform with height adjustment. In a work step in the production of forklifts in which the tilting cylinders are mounted, two identical working platforms are required, which are arranged in parallel on the production line.

Through the back the platforms can be loaded with materials and tools, that are needed for the mounting of the forklifts. Each platform offers storage space for two pallets. The workers can get access to the platform through two security doors one behind the other on the side of the platform. The working platforms can be controlled using two-hand controls from the control panel on the working platform. In an emergency, operation can also take place via the control cabinet, after activating the emergency operation using the key switch.

In order to reach the working position in the shortest time and to ensure a quick workflow, the platform moves diagonally into the desired working position. During the development, the timing and travel time of the customer were also taken into account and are implemented by raising and driving out the platform at the same time. It is also possible to build a connection to the customer’s production facility, so that the entire production line stops, when the emergency stop switch is activated.
